How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to professionally assemble your custom complete before it departs from the shop.

What is your return policy on decks?

We accept returns on un-skated decks in their original shrink wrap within 30 days of purchase. Once a deck has been gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for a return.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available to select countries; please check the shipping calculator at checkout for rates.

Can I pick up my online order at the Southside Skatepark location?

Yes! Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your gear is ready for collection at our Houston shop.

Are the products on your site the same as what’s in the physical shop?

Our online inventory is synced in real-time with our physical storefront. If it shows as 'In Stock' online, it is currently sitting on our shelves and ready to ship.

How do I know what size deck I should buy?

Deck size is largely based on personal preference and shoe size. Generally, 8.0" to 8.25" is a standard versatile range, while larger sizes offer more stability for park riding. Check our Size Guide for detailed recommendations.
