At Southside Skatepark Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned skate decks must be un-gripped and in their original shrink wrap to qualify for a refund.

Ensure your items are in brand-new, sellable condition with all original tags attached and skate hardware in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or visit our Houston retail location with your order number and receipt to start the return process.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container to prevent damage to decks or apparel during transit.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our shop staff inspects the gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for your next session.
